Wood Vitalize did an amazing job refinishing my floors. The team was extremely communicative, worked quickly, and finished everything on time. They were also very polite and respectful of the apartment throughout the process. The quality of the work is fantastic and my floors look beautiful. I’m so happy with the result and would absolutely recommend them.
Adam and crew did a phenomenal job on our Tribeca loft, stripping our floors wall-to-wall, along with stairs and sharp corners on two levels. His team took all precautions and kept our place spotless in the process. Great communication throughout -- cannot recommend enough !
We needed someone to help us revitalize our wood floors in Brooklyn. The floors were in good condition but had some wear and tear and the color had a grey tint that was not aligned to our style. Adam and team were incredible. Here is what we loved: - Super responsive. He came on NYE early in the morning to stop by our place and provided a quote and the scope of work within 24 hours even with the holidays! He was always throughout the process a text message or phone call away. - Amazing attention to detail. Our floors look incredible. Exactly the style and finish that we were looking for and Adam kept us updated every step of the way. - The team was also best in class. Very punctual, clean and respectful of the work hours of our building. - Adam also helped manage expectations. They completed the work faster than anticipated, and we couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for someone in Brooklyn/NYC to help bring your floors back to life and/or just looking for a chance, we highly recommend Adam and the team! Five star experience all around.
If I could give Wood Vitalize a thousand stars, I would. They are, without question, the highlight of my very difficult move. Adam was not only responsive and responsible, he was so friendly and generous with his time and expertise. That is as rare as they come in in the zone of contracting. Most of all, the work his team did is superb. They took my dark parquet floors with 40 years of built up wax and polish to a fresh and sexy natural blonde vision to behold. They miraculously got out every deep scratch and scar in the old finish in areas where the floor looked hopeless. I kid you not, all the other contractors in the building marveled at his work because they knew what this floor looked like before it was sanded. The sandless work was immaculate. I came here the night they finished sanding and did not see any dust of any kind. We had almost no time at all and Adam made it work in 2 days before we moved in, including drying of the protective coating. The pricing was extremely fair and I am so grateful for everything he did in an impossibly stressful situation.
Absolutely phenomenal work - Adam is beyond professional and dependable. Took his time to test the floors before signing up and he did a thorough walk through of the new apartment. Floors were very dirty and some mild water damage. His team made these beautiful heather grey floors look truly brand new. Ultimate service showed up early and spent time walking through after to make sure I was happy. Zero wall scuffs. Highly recommend Adam and his team if you are debating floor cleaning with a refinish! Hands down.
