Flushing Floor

Terrible customer service. She makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her by asking her questions. Asked her about the prices of two items not of the same size to compare, and her response was, "It's just that price." What price? You didn't tell me the prices, nor did you show me the items. After the third time I asked her, and she said six something. What is six something? $6.01? $6.99?

Very very disappointed!! No customer service at all! I walked over 15 minutes to find this place and walking out of this shop within 2 minutes! Terrible customer service and don’t waste your time!!

Absolutely scam! Be extremely careful, Michael the owner will open the box of beautiful wood floor pieces then after you open the second and third box you will see the scared ugly knot on almost every each piece, he would claim it’s Bruce products, but on the box printed Spanish wood. Once you realized it, he refused to refund, I had to pay 3 boxes of the wood, not even used! Flushing floor is a not legit business, don’t expect it’s Costco, Home Depot or Lowe’s! It’s a pure scam. Will report to BBB.

The staff in there were friendly and easy to communicate with. They had a decent selection of flooring. Beware that the samples are a bit dusty and color may look different from newly milled wood. We ended up not going with them bc they did not have white oak available but still had a good experience at the store.
