Absolutely scam! Be extremely careful, Michael the owner will open the box of beautiful wood floor pieces then after you open the second and third box you will see the scared ugly knot on almost every each piece, he would claim it’s Bruce products, but on the box printed Spanish wood. Once you realized it, he refused to refund, I had to pay 3 boxes of the wood, not even used! Flushing floor is a not legit business, don’t expect it’s Costco, Home Depot or Lowe’s! It’s a pure scam. Will report to BBB.
