I really dislike leaving a negative review but I would have a very hard time recommending this company for the following reasons: 1. My first scheduled appointment was a No-Show. I had to call the office to inquire if someone would be coming. We ended up having to reschedule. 2. There was zero follow up or confirmation for my next appointment, I had to call the office again to see if someone would be coming. 3. Upon completing the job, my bathroom and surrounding areas of my apartment were in a complete state of disarray. Paint chips, and dust everywhere and were not cleaned up at all (outside of my bathroom) 4. The instructions for post-care that were given were crumpled and nearly illegible. 5. It has been over 24 hours and the paint is still not totally dry, I'm assuming my shower will not be usable for a few more days which was not communicated to me. 6. While I appreciate how throughly everything was taped, there were still a few areas missed and paint on my sink. Overall, I would hope that New Superior improves their customer communication (appointment confirmation, providing direction to customers post-appointment, updating instructions which are not legible). Additionally, my apartment was left in a total mess (specifically paint chips everywhere) and I would hope that they would be responsible for cleaning that to the best of their ability. My technician was quiet and seemed kind. He also did a good job taping.
