I can’t say enough about this flooring company!! I had to have my dining room and living room floors refinished after many years and was very nervous about it. After speaking with the owner Lou he assured me his team would do an amazing job and that is exactly what they did. They were very quick and efficient and my floors turned out better than I imagined. So far, I have received a ton of compliments on my floors from family members. I would highly recommend BUONO’s Flooring!

I just had Buono’s Flooring refinish a guest bedroom and couldn’t be happier. The crew that came was professional, fast and did an excellent job. I got my quote, accepted it and then the next day my floor was taken care of. Highly recommend this company!!!

EDIT: Following up, as I've noticed in the time since my original review that there are some non-trivial issues with the installation, mainly that they did nothing to address subfloor unevenness and now my floors are also noticeably uneven in multiple places. This is particularly upsetting because I'd called out in my messages to the team that this was something I noticed in my old floors that I wanted fixed as part of the installation. It's also not something that would be fixed by having the floors refinished. Ultimately I thought the communication was great, but the quality wasn't totally consistent. ----------- Highly recommend choosin... I ordered my own flooring, and the Buono's team did the installation and guided me through the steps from purchase to install. Communication & scheduling: Jeannette was extremely helpful throughout; I reached out for an estimate in January and the team just finished the install (four months later, on my preferred timeline). Over that time, our email thread accumulated >90 messages. Jeannette patiently answered all of my questions and laid out the process very clearly for me. She provided all of the details I needed from Buono's to meet my co-op's requirements. Scheduling was easy and I never felt like the team dropped the ball, which was especially appreciated as the date approached and I was trying to coordinate the timing of my separate flooring order with the installation date. The work: I am so pleased with how the floors turned out. My space is about 210 sq ft and had some very tricky/tight spots, but they managed without issues and completed the work in 2 days. The transitions – especially around the fireplace – looked just beautiful (and I wouldn't have even thought to buy those if it weren't for the Buono's team). There were a couple small flaws I noticed after the installation, and Buono's sent someone the next day to take a look and he fixed the issues on the spot. I'm always wary about being gaslit or asked to pay up for "extra" work, so I was really glad to find that Buono's handled those small fixes with kindness and efficiency and without trying to negotiate. The price: I compared Buono's quote with a couple other contractors and found their pricing to be competitive. The clear communication made them an even more appealing choice, and I'm glad I ultimately went with them. All in all, highly recommend Buono's for excellent flooring!
