Fantastic experience from start to finish! We went with SPC flooring here because it’s waterproof and durable, and it didn’t disappoint—installed easily, looks beautiful (great wood-look options), and holds up great with kids and pets running around. Shoutout to Mia in sales—she was incredibly helpful, explained all the pros/cons clearly, sent samples quickly, and made the whole process stress-free. Great products and even better people. Just finished installing SPC flooring throughout the main level of our home, and it exceeded expectations. The rigid core makes it feel sturdy and stable, the clicks locked perfectly, and the realistic texture is spot-on. But the real MVP was Mia, our sales rep. She was responsive, super friendly, and genuinely cared about getting us the best fit for our space and budget. No pushy sales tactics—just honest advice and excellent follow-through. We visited the store today to select tiles, and the sales Xiao Yu, was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand our needs and provided professional suggestions, explaining everything clearly. Thanks to his help, we were able to find the tiles we loved very quickly. It was a great experience overall. We chose this marble-look tile with a clean white base and soft beige veining. The pattern looks very natural and elegant, giving the space a bright and high-end feel. It fits perfectly with the style we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Lindsey was amazing — she really took the time to understand our space and gave honest advice on what would look best (and what might not work as well). You can tell she genuinely cares about helping you make the right choices, not just making a sale. This place isn’t just a flooring store — they’ve got everything you need for your kitchen and home upgrades, with a huge selection that’s far better than Floor & Decor, Home Depot, or any other competitors in the area. Plus, their prices are very competitive and often even lower than other stores we checked. If you’re remodeling or planning any home project, I’d 100% recommend coming here first.
