Who these terms apply to

These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, business owners, managers, advertisers, and any party using RepairHit.com or connected dashboards. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the related RepairHit policies linked from the policy center.

Platform use

RepairHit may be used to browse business listings, compare providers, claim or add a business, manage profile information, purchase promotions and interact with platform features that are currently available. Use must remain lawful, accurate, and respectful of platform integrity.

Accounts, listings, and accuracy

You are responsible for keeping account details, listing information, contact information, services, hours, and other submitted content accurate and current. RepairHit may limit, suspend, or remove access where information is misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or materially incomplete.

Paid subscriptions, claim fees, promotions, and other commercial features are governed by the billing, cancellation, refund, and related platform policies. Commercial access may be suspended or downgraded for failed payment, chargebacks, abuse, or policy violations.
