Absolute scammers. Never in my life 20+ years in the industry did I buy premium select wood which is top tier at a premium cost and get this. Photos as proof 90% of the wood pieces were tiny unusable pieces around 1 foot long. This is not a normal length whatsoever. I was scammed. Lower tier wood that isn’t select and at a high cost doesn’t come at such short lengths being the majority of every box. When I spoke to them about it, they said they can’t talk to me about it until I drop it off to them so they can give it to their manufacturer. They refused to pick it up. I had to rent a truck and drop it off to the warehouse and only had two hours from 3:00-5:00pm to drop it off. They didn’t refund anything on the boxes opened. They charged me 25% restocking fee. Moreover, they claimed the manufacture said it’s normal sizing. I spoke to my installer. He said this is a very cheap lowest quality grade. He has only seen it a couple times in his whole career and it is around $1.50 a square foot for a customer to buy it. It’s the scrap wood that’s left over. They sold it to me for $7.50 I have never dealt with such played in scammers in my life. I knew something was wrong because when I went to pay them, they gave me a different company name not Global Flooring. They come off as very polite and courteous, but be careful. These are scammers wolf in the sheep’s clothing. Stay away don’t get scammed the way that I did.

Thumbs up!!! Great service and quality of work. The owner is honest, straightforward and countable. The sales are extremely experienced and kind. I am from California and introduced by a good friend to United Booming Floor and Cabinet to renovate my Manhattan condo. The owner, Mr. Li has demonstrated his experience and knowledge to provide us excellent design, quality workmanship in details. We just started our renovations but they have done great job so far. As the renovations is still on going, I will update you all more. Stay tuned.

My car got into an accident yesterday. It's a hit and run. I 'm glad Mr. Li( the founder of Global Flooring inc)was around there and took the video of this accident. He left a note and his phone number on my car.(thank you Mr. Li) I appreciate all the help that he provide to me and I recommend all the people that have seen this review will choose Global Flooring INC. You want to have this kind of person as you business partner.

I had the best experience with Global Flooring after a disastrous encounter with another contractor . Yes they don’t just sell tiles but also do contracting work . And they have their own workers which means they have high standard quality control . The owner of UF, Mr. Li was experience ( in the industry for 20 years ), helpful, down to earth and honest. Above all , his crew delivered a fantastic and speedy job remodeling my kitchen and two bathrooms . The rates they gave me were reasonable. The first contractor who failed actually charged the same but got nothing done . I didn’t realize how expensive it was to renovate an apartment and how important it was to find the right guys to get the job done .( the longer it dragged in , the more expensive it got ) and I was lucky enough to have found United flooring . Several of my neighbors became their clients after seeing the job they did with my apartment. hands down the best in New York . Highly recommend.
