I live in Virginia, so I was a little anxious about mailing my shoes all the way to New York, but based on their reputation and what I saw on Instagram, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. I sent three pairs of shoes, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding. I worked with Ruben, and he was absolutely amazing—very professional, responsive, and detailed. He answered all my questions, explained the process clearly, and always responded quickly to calls and messages. I felt informed and reassured the entire time. They kept me updated from the moment they received my shoes until they were shipped back, which really put me at ease. When I received them, I was beyond impressed. My shoes looked brand new—beautifully repaired, soles replaced, and thoroughly cleaned and maintained. They truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve tried repair places locally in Virginia, and honestly, I wasn’t happy with the service or the results, even though the pricing was similar. This experience was on a completely different level. I will definitely be sending more items in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone. Even if you’re out of state, it’s 100% worth shipping your items to them.
