Modi came over and was extremely helpful and professional. Answered all of our questions well, and explained how our system works. He explained the process to get our system fixed, and what it would take to put a new one in. He prioritized what was best for us and our budget, and wasn’t just trying to make a quick sale. Had a good experience with water treatments Des Moines. Process worked out well, he came out for an assessment and discussed options, scheduled and installed. We hit a snag with the remin size, which was ordered and installed. I appreciate the accountability to reorder the right size to maintain pressure. Great service and highly recommend.
They are quick to respond and gave very detailed information on what type of water treatment would be best for our home. The installation was scheduled quickly and they came on time! The installers were both very kind and answered all my questions about how the system works. There were a few snags after to get the water up and running, and they were very responsive to get everything back up and running. Very happy with all their services!
