Fireplace Stone & Patio of Des Moines

Very much a mixed bag with them. I worked with Ryan - really like him. Super nice guy, helpful. 5 star experience with working with Ryan. The fireplace got installed in a timely manner. The stone was delayed, which is annoying but not necessarily there fault. The communication with the delays was not great. Then turns out there was 3 or so extra things to install in the fireplace that weren't done, and never were scheduled, and were only scheduled after I called. Mind you, this is over 2 months from initial installation. And then the install can't be done for 3 weeks. So now we get to wait another 3 weeks while out outdoor fireplace can' t be used - as we wait for this install that should've been either done up front or scheduled to be done after the stone if that's how this has to be done. I hope, and think, this will all turn out fine with a great product but its just been bumpy getting there, and not in alignment with the work done by other people we've worked with during this project who all got 5 star reviews.

Recently, the pilot and new fireplace logs were installed at our home. Ryan was very helpful at the showroom. Juliet was extremely helpful in answering all our MANY questions about the different log designs. The guys who installed the logs did a fabulous job. They were very clean and even placed tarps throughout the walkway into the home and to the fireplace. The process was so quick that we had our fireplace before a month had passed. We love the look of the new logs. I'm enjoying the crisp, cool fall mornings since we can click on the fireplace to warm up a chilly morning. Thanks to all of you!!! Excellent experience. My wife and I purchased a new gas fireplace. When looking in the store - they were very professional and went out of their way to help us with our decision. They came and installed the new fireplace - absolutely beautiful. The individuals were very professional. Lonnie was tremendous and had a true love for fireplaces.
