Joe was the best. AHS tried fixing my refrigerator 3 times with no luck. I was so upset. My floor was getting rotted and nobody seemed to care. Not even my home warranty place. Not even carried to listen to what I was saying.. no empathy at all. But Joe came out was literally amazing. Handsdown the best. He actually listened to me. Actually cared. Joe tried everything and still couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. After everything, I finally got approved for a new refrigerator that SHOULD HAVE been fixed/replaced last November but never was. I didn’t have to wait a week and a half to just be told they are “just fix this cuz it might be the problem “ and then a few months later… the same problem happened again. Im highly disappointed in how long this took. And especially how i was treated by AHS. I will not be recommending this warranty company to anyone because of how i was treated. The Company they sent out to help on the other hand was amazing and would recommend any day. Joe with DM repair! Thank you!
