You CANNOT get a human on the phone. Websote didn't eay say Geek Squad by appt. only. Appt booking is down all the time. Did not get a call when computer was done even after asking for a note to be adddd to my record that this was the only way to reach me. Computer still not fixed. So basically worse case experiemce all around.
What has happened to Geek Squad services?!!!? It used to be great, went in to have the battery changed out on my laptop. The laptop had to be sent out for 2 to 4 weeks to just change out the battery. As soon as I get home I am canceling my Best Buy Total Care plan. What a waste of money!
The girl at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, she gave good advice and seemed happy to help. However, when I returned to schedule an appointment, I stood there for half an hour and the one geek squad guy working wouldn't even acknowledge me, no "I'll be right with you in a moment" nothing. An appointment showed up behind me 10 minutes early and the guy eventually comes up to the counter without even looking at me or acknowledging me and said he'll take the next appointment. Even the person who showed up for their appointment was upset that he didn't try to help me. It was clear the geek squad guy absolutely did not want to deal with anyone or be decent towards customers. After telling him my issue he seemed to have little to no knowledge about computers and finally scheduled me an appointment.
Appointment day comes up and I pack up the desktop computer and make the trip to find out that no one was in that day he scheduled me for. Wasted hours of my time and gas for absolutely no reason. Unbelievably unprofessional and just a rude individual.
I spent over $2k im disabled spent the time made my appointments and its 3 weeks later and NOT 1 THINGS BEEN TRANSFERRED FROM MY OTHER LAPTOP !!! Verry disappointed trying to learn my-Self im sure I can figure most of it out , but I needed a protective case screen protector and a few accessories! Nope no time , I Also had 2 free services come with the purchase (I took 4 months to be blessed with a partial grant) and Its not Right!!! @CONCORD N.H STORE ! Any management id love to kindly ask for some assistance please....
Devon Laplante was very polite and patient when explaining what was wrong with our fridge. He was so nice to talk to and helped us out a lot. He was so kind to my grandparents and we would highly recommend him!
