He quickly diagnosed the issue and, most importantly, was honest about the best options for repair. He clearly explained what made the most sense and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The repair was completed efficiently, everything was tested thoroughly, and he left the area clean. I really appreciated his transparency and integrity. It was so great working with Jimmy. He was professional and friendly, and explained what he was doing, so we could understand what went wrong with our oven. When the part we needed was discontinued, he weighed buying a refurbished part second hand versus rebuilding the board, and went with the option that had the greatest probability of success while also being within our budget. Creative problem solving at its best. Would 100% hire again.
