John took care of our outdoor pest control treatment. He arrived after sending a text with his arrival time (much appreciated with a silly barking dog!). He was efficient, super friendly and clearly explained what he found, what he did today, and what to look for in the future. Great job John- thank you!

Really not happy with how they schedule my service, service guy didn’t gave enough notice about his arrival. Just showed up really early morning and started banging on the door. Very disturbing and rude. He insisted that he had to do the service today and he has been given this schedule. So he will finish the job. After being done he just left. Not sure should i continue with the company?
