From the phone call requesting the service to the actual service call to my home to repair my washing machine(same day), I had the best experience. The phone person(John, I think?) was so efficient and friendly. Then Brian(who came out to my home) was also efficient and friendly. Plus, he answered all my questions(very knowledgeable). He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and even gave me some maintenance tips for some other appliances. I will definitely call them again!

Paul, from Greens Appliance was found the issue right away. He was respectful of my home and appliances. I can see why Greens gets such high ratings and I'm glad they sent Paul to fix the issue I was having with my wash machine. I will definitely use their services again for my other appliances.

My fridge died and I needed a technician to come look at it. It was so easy and convenient to book the appointment online. The communication around when the tech would arrive was fantastic. Mike P was very helpful and knowledgeable about my unit. He explained the problem, what that part is supposed to do and was very understanding and helpful as I weighed my options of fixing or replacing the fridge. I greatly appreciate his patience and willingness to give feedback on possible solutions. I would definitely recommend Greene for your appliance repair needs!
