Special thanks to Ricky for this past weekend. He helped my son and I out of a jam Friday. He is a wonderful representative for your company. Ricky at the Sabattus St. store was AMAZING!! He met with me and my husband and gave us the info on everything we were looking for. No pressure to buy when we said we were looking, and offered up his number for any future questions. He was friendly, patient, and so knowledgeable. I work in retail and his level of customer service and commitment is hard to find these days. We appreciated him so we went back to purchase our new phones with him. We won’t go anywhere else from now on. Thank you Ricky! Give this man a raise and lots of recognition.

The manager of This Store I believe his name is Ricky I was having issues couple years ago and out of all the US cellular in my local area he in the store was the only one that was able to help me the way he did he took time showed me what to do asked me if I needed any more assistance if you wanted to show me how to do it help me out with my phone transferring telling me about the deals that are going on And see that you’re a valid customer I just want to give that guy a massive Big ups !!!! And I will continue to still go to the store nowhere else, Great customer service

Great customer service!! Chris Tracey was excellent!! Very informative and helpful, my boyfriend changed to this cell phone company and I transferred onto h is account with no problems at all, there is another Chris that works there and he is excellent as well!!
