Great service on another old watch. Also, some new brands and more vintage pieces than last time I was there. Update 3/3/26- More great customer service! They recommended no service on a watch and answered my questions thoughtfully. New brands and watches, every time I go there. What a gem!

Watch Galaxy and the wonderful young woman at the front desk were great with helping me repair a very old vintage watch as well as pick out a new Hamilton. The technicians in the back were extremely knowledgeable on the repair side and their showroom lady had a great eye for style and picked out the perfect watches for me to choose from. Very pleasant experience.

I wanted to pick a band for my watch instead of the one that the female sale person chose, she rolled her eyes. Meanwhile, 2 watches were having batteries changed and a band adjusted. Not sure if the guy knew about her attitude, he then took over to finish the transaction. The previous time I used their service, it went well. This time, may be she doesn’t like her job anymore?!?
