I'm disappointed by the outcome of my experience. I went into the store to investigate options for a broken screen on a Galaxy Flip 7 needing to recover data. When the cost to replace the screen was too extreme. The technician provided a good idea to swap the main board of my new phone with my insurance replacement as a way to save all my data. Opening the phone voided the warranty. The face screen showed broken pixels within 24 hrs of leaving the store. When I returned they denied any liability and blamed me for damaging the phone or it being defective. The exterior shows no physical damage. They offered to replace the screen if I bought the part. I'm disappointed because the experience was overall good until they denied any responsibility here. Maybe I'm unreasonable, but I think the right customer service move would have been to repair it. I was prepared to buy some extra accessories from them but will shop elsewhere.
