It’s alway Doug who shows up; highly experienced, smart, skilled and personable. He has promptly identified our issues and provided practical and reasonable solutions, always standing behind his work with integrity. Doug has helped us lots; we are secure in counting on him when the need inevitably arises.
Doug helped me out so much with the plumbing for two new showers, and installing new hook ups for a washer/dryer. He went out of his way to look into any concerns I had, and fixed the washer after the appliance company installed it wrong. I really appreciate it and will call again!
