Brought in a watch I inherited that was missing its stem and crown. The stem and crown were replaced, but the watch still did not properly tell time. When I brought the watch back in, I was told additional maintenance was needed, of course for an additional charge. When I pointed out this must have already been an issue when I initially brought the watch in, and this would have been good to know about in my initial quote, I was told they "only do what they are told" and were "only told to replace the stem and crown". I guess I needed to specify that I wanted the watch to, in fact, tell time. Take your business elsewhere.

I had an old watch that needed a battery and they were able to replace it within a few minutes. I had gone to several other jewelry stores and none of them would help me. They were helpful and kind with me.

The folks at Precision took wonderful care of my timepieces. They got my grandpa's old Seiko with its tough to find battery in no time and repaired my old Swiss watch from movement to crystal! They were competitive with pricing and generous to boot. Stop on by!
