Do NOT come here! Save your money and spend a little more somewhere else with better quality and customer service!!!!!! I came to fix my broken iPhone screen on Sunday. Fast forward Tuesday I woke up to the screen with black spots AND won’t charge correctly. I only had time until Friday to fix it, I came back to talk to Samet (very defensive btw) since they told me I had 90 day warranty. Turns out they can’t do anything about it since it’s “physical” damage and not internal but the actual screen was never broken??? How is that physical damage? Bad quality and bad representation of this business. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Wasted $130 that didn’t even last 2 days.

I came in simply wanting to address how poorly my tablet screen was returned to me, and instead of being helped, I was spoken to extremely rudely and disrespectfully. I wasn’t aggressive or unreasonable — I just wanted answers and accountability for the condition my tablet was given back in. The way I was talked to was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service like this is exactly why people stop supporting local businesses. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and if I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
