I have mixed experiences coming here, but this time was excellent. Andre was incredibly kind and pleasant to talk to. Rohan (spelling?) fixed my phone and it works great now! Thank you guys for a great experience this time around.
I believe the store manager is incompetent. I’m telling you I drive from Wyoming 4 hours here. I was told by customer service on the phone I could get a replacement phone here. I got the 17 pro max with apple care. I said my logic board in my phone replaced the front camera on my phone isn’t working properly. I took my phone to Best Buy where I live to get it sent off the Apple to get my phone repaired again and I got this phone a month after it came out and I’ve had issues with it since I got it Best Buy held my phone for a week and never sent it off after Apple told me to take it there . And then they told me to go to the store so I can possibly get a different phone because of the phone I have had so many issues then the people in the store act like I am an idiot, even though I’ve had apple Phones since 2008 when they came out, I know a little bit about Apple myself. I know how to fix certain things on the user level. The issues that I’m having aren’t user user issues are hardware issues… Yet I’m told to go to this store but a ton of people cause I’ve spoken to probably over 20 people at Apple so I can get another phone and they’re telling me it’s gonna take at least two hours after I drove four hours there But two hours to get my phone fixed. Which no problem but they’re trying to tell me that the issues I’m having with my phone aren’t actual issues when I’m the one who’s living with this phone just because the logic board was replaced. Doesn’t mean that I’m not still having the same issues. Do you think I’m gonna drive eight hours total to come here and waste all of our time No.. nor did I want to sit at Best Buy for hours at end to waste my time what is the point of AppleCare if I can’t even get a replacement phone when my phone is messed up I’m sick of you trying to fix it. You guys have been trying to fix it for months now I don’t care if the phone is new. I just want a phone that works. I paid $1700 for this brand new phone so not even be able to use it fully. This is ridiculous and my issue with this store is I was sent here by the customer service from Apple being told that I can do the expedited return or whatever it’s called in the store because they have my phone there and all they did was give me the runaround and tell me they can’t do anything when I know for a fact that I can get my phone replaced in the store so you guys want to hold $1700 of mine to replace my phone instead of just giving me a new phone or a different phone while I’m in the store. I talk to people before I even drove and went there days before so it shouldn’t have even been an issue. So I suppose be paying for Apple care was pointless because it hasn’t done anything to fix the phone that you guys gave me that was already messed up when I got. Two things I don’t like when people play with me about it’s my time and my money… And for I suppose the guy was the manager because I asked for the store manager when I went in there the second time when I was down there today for him to stand there with a stupid grin on his face like he didn’t understand what I’m saying, extremely irritated me. I’ve literally done everything that two people I’ve asked me to do to try to fix this issue and you guys haven’t held up you’re end of the bargain yeah you want money for me for AppleCare and all this other crap. Please tell me when customer service comes back to you guys industry because you guys are extremely lacking in that area. Tell me how it makes sense if I have AppleCare and I wanna get a phone replacement you guys will charge me or hold the funds for the 1700 bucks or whatever my phone calls but if I go in the store, I can’t just get a different phone when you guys know that there’s an issue because you told me of the issue even after I told you there was an issue. Someone please make it make sense cause this is ridiculous. I wasn’t even upset until I went into the store and the store manager was useless.
As soon as I walked into this store an employee approached asking if I needed any assistance. I said needed sometime and when I needed assistance a lady approached .. I don’t remember her name but she was very very helpful . Since I was confused about taking a Mac book Air or Mac book Pro . She explained very briefly about the pricing , features & benefits of the product . And she spent good 15 mins explaining everything and comparing the both products . She asked me the purpose of buying the product , if I was traveling often . She was indeed an amazing help . Then she gave me some space to make up my mind for the final decision . I decide... As soon as I walked into this store an employee approached asking if I needed any assistance. I said needed sometime and when I needed assistance a lady approached .. I don’t remember her name but she was very very helpful . Since I was confused about taking a Mac book Air or Mac book Pro . She asked me the purpose of buying the product , if I was traveling often . She was indeed an amazing help . Then she gave me some space to make up my mind for the final decision . I decided to take Mac Book Pro also a Magic Mouse . Then eventually Tim helped me get the one since the lady who was helping me was busy with another customer. I finally walked out with the purchase & thanks to both employees for taking care of my need and understanding the purpose of buying this Mac book pro . I’m really happy .
Wish they would just have you take a number. Waiting around without a line or anything and just hoping someone will come talk to you is frustrating. In their defense, every time I’ve waited for someone to come help they’ve been pretty fast. Just more a frustration with Apple Stores in general. Staff was good 👍
I’ve had issues with the Genius Bar many times at this Apple Store. With long wait times almost every time, I brought in my MacBook for warranty as the motor board failed and when I received it back, my left speaker was not plugged in and the back plate was not properly seated and was bulging in the middle. I had to bring it back for them to fix it again. Now I thought this was a one time thing. I recently brought in my iPhone 15 pro for a front camera replacement and when I got the phone back, I noticed my screen popping up and bulging out. After further investigation I realized they forgot to put the 2 bottom screws back into my phone and I... I’ve had issues with the Genius Bar many times at this Apple Store. With long wait times almost every time, I brought in my MacBook for warranty as the motor board failed and when I received it back, my left speaker was not plugged in and the back plate was not properly seated and was bulging in the middle. I had to bring it back for them to fix it again. Now I thought this was a one time thing. I really hope they can figure out what’s going on with their technicians as this has occurred multiple times. This service is not acceptable when your paying top dollar to bring it directly to apple. The moral of the story is when you receive your products back from repair, thoroughly inspect it.
