I recently had a great experience with Landon at the ZAGG store in Orchard Town Center. The screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra had cracked, and I was concerned my actual phone screen might also be damaged. Landon carefully inspected the phone and confirmed it was only the screen protector. He replaced it under the warranty, clearly explained the replacement fee, and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough throughout the whole process. While I was there, we also talked about screen protectors for my Samsung tablet and my Galaxy Watch. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size protector for the watch, and Landon explained that those are usually easier to order online since the store doesn’t always carry them. He offered to help me make sure I get the correct ones if I bring the information in or order them online. Overall, excellent service and a very positive experience. Landon did a great job and was very helpful.
