Sullivan Furnace, AC Repair & Plumbing

I felt like I was in very good hands with Matt. He was a straight shooter and helped explain what he was testing and why. In today’s world you need to be able to trust in who you are dealing with, I left like Matt provided this. We did not find exact issue that was going on today, but next step is replacement cost on a new unit as it does not seem wise to repair and invest in 19 year old unit with no more warranties. Thanks Matt for helping me out on the coldest day of the year on a weekend!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Sullivan! Our furnace went out during the coldest week ever and every other place was telling me it would be into next week for an install, they came out and evaluated and gave me all of my options and were here the very next morning to install a whole new system! From the sales manager, Don to the install team-Chris (and his partner) they were absolutely phenomenal to work with and explained everything in detail. They stayed and ensured the system was working properly and explained how everything operated. I have never had better service from anyone. They are extremely professional and go above and beyond! Don’t even think twice, definitely call Sullivan!!!

I had an issue that resulted in my blower motor bearings going out, making crazy noises. I put in a new blower myself only to find out the same issue happened with that motor too not 36 hours later. I called Sullivan to come out and diagnose/inspect my work, (which was done correctly) and Matt came out and determined there was a problem most likely in the control board, but was not really repairable without throwing tons of new parts at it, including a new board, IF a compatible one could be found, the cost of which would be worth more than the furnace itself being 33 years old. We opted to replace the furnace and noticed also that our electrical panel was in desperate need of replacement. Sullivan took care of finding us great electricians to do that work as well. A new furnace is always expensive, but Sullivan did the whole job in a day during a polar vortex and got my home and family warm again that night. It was a massive upgrade to our home that was honestly going to happen any time anyway from day 1 living there. Glad it's behind us now, but also glad I know who to bring back next time I need HVAC work done. Many thanks to Sullivan Heating & Cooling.
