I had a bathroom ventilation system changed, and the experience was excellent. Collin and Chema were great guys and wonderful workers. They did a fantastic job with the installation and made sure everything was done properly. It was also really nice talking with Collin—he was friendly, professional, and gave me some helpful advice that I really appreciated. Both of them worked efficiently and kept everything clean and organized. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the quality of their work. I recently had a problem with my furnace completely breaking down - in the middle of the winter! Javier and Francisco were my technicians. They arrived on time, they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They did not leave a mess of any kind. The last contractor that came left a terrible mess. These two gentlemen kept me apprised at every stage of the process and communicated with me throughout. Additionally, when they were done, they took the time to show me everything that they did and how to properly work my thermostat and use it in the most efficient way. I feel like it's very rare for people to go above and beyond in this day and age, particularly when there are so many people that need heating services during the winter. These guys went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with their service and informed of everything. I would recommend to anyone that they hire R&R when they need any sort of HVAC work done. I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with the services provided! Regrettably, I cannot provide feedback about pricing as I am an apartment renter and not a homeowner but I'm sure that management practices good shopping around when it comes to hiring for repairs and maintenance.
