My Cellphone Repairs - Woodland Mall

Took my 13 to get the back glass fixed. The guy who approached us spoke so quietly I couldn’t understand him. I am clinically deaf, so I had to rely on my friend who was with me to hear him because he was so quiet. I was then told 2 hours and my phone would be ready. So we went and shopped for a bit until the two hours was up. Got back there, was told another 30 minutes. Alright fine so we walk around a little more. Come back, and now it’s another 15 minutes, and…THEY BROKE MY SCREEN. I appreciate the transparency they had with me about it for sure, but that added another 15 minutes on top of what was supposed to be just 2 hours. When I came back and it was finally ready, I had seen they didn’t replace the screen protector I had on my phone when I came in. So I asked about it and they told me I needed to do a review. A review for something I already had that you broke? My phone is working fine now and it’s all good. But their time estimates are wayyyyy off and the customer service just wasn’t really there. I am happy with the fix, but would not recommend to anyone who is not trying to be at the mall for 4 hours just waiting on a phone. Other than that it’s a solid place I feel like.

The sweet manager was so helpful with my urgent phone issue after a drop-break. Apple couldn’t help without charging me $400, so I came here. Both workers were super kind and knew exactly how to help me resolve my multiple issues. They provided consistent updates to reassure me and didn’t get irritated by my constant check-in calls while they were working on it. All for a great price, while also offering additional services for free! We’ll definitely be back if we have any other phone issues in the future.
