I made the mistake of passing on 2 other companies that wanted to schedule because I had already scheduled a simple chimney inspection with Dave. It turned out to be a disappointing experience with an unprofessional. He no-showed on the day of the appointment and didn't answer or return my calls. I ended up scheduling with another company but the delay meant that my appointment with the other company is now two months out.
My wife and I had a problem that had to be dealt with quickly. Dave arrived, diagnosed our issue and quickly resolved it. He was extremely knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. I would highly recommend Kent Chimney to anyone. Thanks again!!!
Dave provided a great level of service & knowledge. I was able to send him photos of my chimney & fireplace insert to determine a rough idea of the scope of my project before setting foot at my home. He had a wealth of knowledge and I wouldn't hesitate to utilize his services or recommend him to others.
