Stephen was very helpful regarding my damaged laptop. Unfortunately there was more damage to it when he got further into it and advised might be better to replace it. There was no charge for the diagnosis and disassembly and reassembly. Would highly recommend them and use their services in the future.

Had a laptop issue that led to a new one. Worked with Davis in support and he was really patient, forthcoming with insights and info. Had them prep my new laptop, transfer the data to their fullest capability and all went smoothly. It was also nice that timing was such that he was able to get me up and running quickly. I had a great experience with Computer Rescue 911. I needed someone to look at my iMac as it quit working. They diagnosed it within 15-20 min and once he figured out it was toast he was able to migrate all my files/photos onto my new MacBook. They were prompt, professional and polite. Would highly recommend.
