Without a doubt, Design has gone above and beyond. From the start, they’ve been incredibly professional, patient, and truly invested in helping diagnose recurring issues with my AC and furnace. It’s rare to find a company that feels more like a partner than a service provider. The main office staff is thorough, attentive, and committed to documenting every pain point with care. Their dedication to understanding the full scope of the issue is impressive. The technicians? Absolutely phenomenal. Empathetic, hardworking, and genuinely delightful—at this point, they’ve been to my home more than my parents have this year! They communicate clearly, explain their process, test thoroughly, and keep me updated every step of the way. Transparency is clearly a priority. A special shoutout to Tim Schmitt, who has spent over 10 hours at my home diagnosing a heating issue. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are truly the gold standard.
