Apple again just blows the competition out of the water. I came in to the store and was looking to purchase some iPads for my shop, the guy at the door told me about the business team and they told me about this guy Rob. Man what a helpful young man. He is their business account manager and he was fantastic. He listened to understand, i used to go to verizon for these things and my god they were pretentious they just wanted a buck.
If you are a business owner and need someone to support you Rob is your guy. Apple does a really great job at supporting the community in GR!!

These reviews don’t seem to be making much of a difference, but more voices might help i guess.
I tried to schedule a battery replacement today in store, First, the appointment time doesn’t matter, you will end up in the same waiting area as walkins. Then the guy says my battery performance is 93%! I have to show him in settings it says 59. He’s like yeah that is bad okay so do you want to upgrade? I’m like no please just replace the battery as I asked when I scheduled the appointment. Fine. So I don’t have a backup because they charge monthly for icloud space, and my computer is also maxed out. They’re like very upset about that, being standoffish and snotty because I am just a college student with an iphone 14. Okay, so they say we can do it but you might end up screwed with no data! Alright, can you give me one second to weigh my options? Sure but you have to take all of your stuff and also I am going to stop helping you and move on to someone else. At this point, nobody even apologized for the situation, treated me with any genuine care, or offered any other solutions. They didn’t ask why I wanted this completed Today (college students right before spring break with two jobs). I left and someone else will be doing my repair.
Service for my small business was non-responsive for months until I worked with Abrielle Tatro. Once she stepped in, everything changed. Within weeks, all outstanding questions were answered, every request was handled, and communication was clear, timely, and professional.
If you’re a business customer reading this, ask for Abrielle or someone trained by her. She’s an exceptional asset to the Apple Business Team, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see her leading a store in the near future.

I visited the store to purchase the new 17 Pro. I asked two employees for assistance and was told someone would help me, but no one followed up. Waited for 30 minutes, while other customers who came later were helped during this time. I eventually had to approach a third employee to receive assistance.
When setting up my new phone, only one employee proactively and enthusiastically offered help when I asked for assistance setting up my new phone. He was friendly, attentive, and professional.
In contrast, another employee I approached for setup assistance came to my request once and did not follow up when I have questions, which left me feeling ignored. I wanted to highlight this contrast because the positive experience with one employee shows the level of service that is possible, while the lack of engagement from others was disappointing.
There is a younger Asian woman who works at the Apple Store in Woodland mall. She wears a mask constantly and wears black clothing with high tall, black boots, to make herself look taller than the men.
She is very condescending and sarcastic.
She has black hair glasses and has a face mask on all the time
I just purchased the brand new 17 Pro Max and I went to buy a case the other day,
Their Wi-Fi was so bad, it wasn’t allowing me to unlock my card, she made me look like a fool in front of the whole entire store and kept continuing to “” Call my bank”
I showed her how much money I had and I told her that this has never happened before
The only person here worth talking to is a guy named “” Craig “””
Stepping in this place, you will be judged no matter how much money you have. The people here are intolerable. Especially the women. Of course a guy like me will say that. But don’t waste your time here and go to Best Buy. You will save 50% money and sanity.
The women that work here are Insufferable.
But not Craig, Craig is a straight up great guy.
Give that guy a promotion
