After the technician diagnosis, I was told that the issue is the sensor, that is why I have ice build up. However, I decided to turn off the fridge for 24 hours and turned it back on, it worked great. I have called and asked them to cancel the ordered parts because the fridge is working and I don’t need anymore service. they said that they can’t cancel it. So, the lesson is that they just wanted to take advantage and make money. It was a total rip off. I will never work with them and I will never recommend them.

I have used Paige and her team twice over the past three years and was very pleased with the service both times. First visit was dryer and oven repair and second was washing machine. Each technician was timely and very nice. Cost of service call and repairs reasonable considering how expensive new appliances are these days. Definitely recommend.

This was an absolute nightmare of a service visit. I called them in to diagnose a Bosch dishwasher that will randomly stop its wash cycle and report the cycle clean, despite having standing water in the basin. We seemed to be able to fix the problem by rolling the dishwasher out and jiggling the drain in the back--but this was getting tiring so I decided to try to get someone out to fix it. The technician roughly pulled it from the wall, opened it while the cycle was running, and began looking around inside. He was unable to diagnose the problem, but after his expert service, the seals at the bottom of the door were totally shot, causing the dishwasher to gush water onto the floor. The technician and the service dispatcher said this was obviously MY fault, for having an old dishwasher. The fact that the thing has never leaked before was chalked up to a coincidence. "Seals get old," I was patronizingly informed, as if seals naturally "get old" in 10 minutes after someone yanks your dishwasher out and pops the door open while the cycle is running. Destroying my dishwasher cost me $115. The technician was clueless (none of his explanations for the problem I actually called them about made sense or was consistent with the symptoms I was describing) and the dispatcher couldn't care less that I was dissatisfied or that they'd destroyed my dishwasher. She wanted that $115. Ok, she got it. But I would never consult this business again and I urge ANYONE to use ANYONE ELSE. You will end up worse that you started, and $115 poorer. This company's attempt at service was an abysmal failure. Edited to add footage of the exposed wires and gushing water left in the wake of this $115 "professional" service visit. Take a look at what you can expect. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO PROFESSIONAL APPLIANCE REPAIR RESPONSE: Yes, you had to pull the unit out of the wall to inspect it. Actually, it was already halfway pulled out when the technician arrived. I do not deny that moving the unit was necessary. However, somehow, after several months of me having to pull the unit out to get it to drain (which is indeed why I called you out), I never destroyed the door seals. It had never leaked once in 15 years. 10 minutes after your technician pulled it out (much harder than I ever had), tilted it over on its back (which I had never done), opened it while it was running (which I have never done), and poked and prodded at the seal (which I did not tell him to do), somehow it was completely destroyed and water was running everywhere. So, I don't know, maybe the seal was in bad condition? Maybe it was fragile? We'll never know, but the technician walked into a room with a dishwasher that worked, and walked out of a flooded kitchen with a dishwasher that will never run again. And $115 of my money. People can evaluate whether this sounds like a good value proposition. And to be ABSOLUTELY CLEAR, I gave the dispatcher a choice: Waive the $115 after you left me with soaked kitchen and an inoperable dishwasher (and I'll call it bad luck and move on), or else I will pay you $115.00 and then I will post exactly what happened. That was the offer. She was very clear that she felt your company was fully in the right, anything that had happened to my dishwasher was my fault because it was old, and the $115 was the most important thing. I accepted that deal. I have no further interest in discussing this with you. If you see any factual gap in my very complete discussion of what happened, feel free to reveal it. ONE FINAL EDIT: It's rich that you're emphasizing that I didn't even wait for an estimate from your repair guy (on the seal he had caused to fail). Why would I replace the seal on a dishwasher that was already not working reliably, which is why I called you in the first place? He was UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM. What use would a quote have been?
