I had a service repair done on my Maytag washer.It was giving me problems with noise.The technician Doug came out and he immediately knew the problem when I told him.Later the same day,I received a text saying the parts was received and will come out the next day for service.He came did the repair and in a timely manner.Doug was very polite and professional.He did an amazing job! My washing machine is fixed like brand new again.Thanks to Jennifer for being understanding.When Maytag didnโt fully process an appointment for service.I called Solar and she set me up with an appointment the next day for a repair guy to come out. Thanks Solar for th... Solar did a great job communicating the status of the glass cooktop and service date. The item was backordered so it took several weeks. Blayne replaced the cooktop today without incident. He did a great job. He was friendly, efficient, and quick. Overall, great experience.๐

Really like this company's communications with customers. Emails daily to update me on the part ordered, when they expect it to arrive, setting a tentative date for the installation of the part, a narrow window for the appointment (3 hrs as opposed to the normal 8-4:00) , then a phone call when they were 20-30 min. away. Great service. Great, friendly repairman. Got the job done in no time. Didn't matter that it was warranty work. He gave it careful attention. I highly recommend them. I will definitely call them again.

Had a great experience with Solar Refrigeration & Appliance Service. Exceptional service. Jonathan was polite, professional, informative, efficient and diagnosed the issue with my washing machine in minutes and was able to fix the problem. Jonathan was honest, prompt and kept me informed. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.
