Fix Today Appliance Repair

Mike is one of the best in the business. Every time I have an issue he get it fixed. He is extremely reliable and I can always count on him. I’ve been a customer for almost 5 years now. I cannot recommend him enough.

Similar problem with all the other lower rated (real) reviews. Made an appointment with him for Tuesday afternoon on a Monday morning. He then calls me Monday afternoon explaining he cant make it that afternoon because he needs to go to rehab appointment. I had to explain to Mike his appointment was for Tuesday afternoon. Great, all is good. Sure enough he calls Tuesday at noon to say he is "sick" and cant make our afternoon appointment. Now i am stuck and cant get my appliance fixed for another week. completely unreliable.

I had him look at 2 refrigerators. Recently he looked at 1 and said it was too old. Don't fix it, said the other one needed to be rebooted. He did that the next day it broke again. He charged me a $129 to look at the one that he looked at for 1 second and said, throw it away. And also charge me to recalibrate. The one that broke again the very next day period then I had him. Look at a wash machine, a Maytag. That was 2 years old, it needed a new water valve. He said he wanted to charge me $400 for replacing the water valve. I stupidly gave him $300. Mike came to the rescue once again! He doesn’t work on my type of washing machine anymore, but he walked me through what I could try. He was very patient. They don’t make repairmen like this anymore! he always comes through for me and I appreciate his service so much of course he didn’t charge me anything because he just talked to me on the phone, but he really saved my bacon!
