Shawn's Auto and A/C Repair

I have 2014 gmc sierra and I was having ac issues. I took it firestone auto care and they absolutely messed my truck up and made problems worse. Shawn was recommend to me by a friend and I can't say enough good things about Shawn he did a great job on my truck and his knowledge of auto ac has no match as far as I'm concerned. He not only fixed my truck but did it for 1/2 of what the dealership wanted. Any future repairs that my truck may need he will definitely be my 1st stop.

Shawn is the real deal! I called and left a message about what I needed, and he called me back promptly and saw me immediately. He tested my AC on the spot, diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave me an affordable quote. The parts were ordered on the spot, and my AC was blowing ice cold the very next day! More than the fast, honest, and affordable service, he was an absolute joy to work with! I am someone who has extreme anxiety when it comes to speaking with mechanics, but Shawn's warm and friendly demeanor, genuine smile, and cool office/waiting room filled with car collectibles put me at total ease! He really took the time to explain and show me the cause of the issue with my AC and the repairs that he made. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and his work. I cannot recommend Shawn's Auto highly enough! I'd give 6 stars if I could! He's the only mechanic I'll be seeing from now on. Thank you Shawn!!
