Bought a hot point washer and dryer set. Had the dryer less than a week when the barring and motor went out. Been over two month’s arguing with the warranty company. Parts not in. No service personnel available etc. still paying on a dryer that doesnt work while spending on laundromat. So they reply and say nothing to do with store we would have helped. Funny you didn’t you said not our problem contact warranty. It has everything to do with your store and the items you sell that don’t work
