Bought a hot point washer and dryer set. Had the dryer less than a week when the barring and motor went out. Been over two month’s arguing with the warranty company. Parts not in. No service personnel available etc. still paying on a dryer that doesnt work while spending on laundromat. So they reply and say nothing to do with store we would have helped. Funny you didn’t you said not our problem contact warranty. It has everything to do with your store and the items you sell that don’t work

Excellent customer service. The owner was able to provide my mother and I with a washer machine to replace the one that just turned a year old. Unfortunately the power went out one day and the motherboard was fried and it would have cost 700+ just to keep the old whirlpool. We just received the washer machine today on MLK Jr. Holiday which we are grateful to have the workers deliver and install today. We also received cell phone calls notifying us when to expect the delivery/installation person to show up. All in all I am satisfied with the service and would recommend people come here instead of Barto which didn't really give us the customer service we were looking for that day.
