I have loved working with this company in the past, but after today will no longer use them. They charged me $300 for $40 in parts and 20 minutes of time. Most companies I work with charge a service charge for coming out to diagnose the issue. I understand and am happy to pay this. If they say the fix will be more than I want to pay for, I am happy to pay the service charge for their time and trouble. But if there is work that can be done that day, they will deduct the service charge from their time, or include the 1st hour of their time. Not today. I was charged nearly $125 to show up at my door, $235 for an hour of time (his work took 20 minutes, tops) and $40 for parts. $160 would have been a lot to pay for the things he did to my dryer, which only needed a hose reattached and a door latch replacement. I tried to have a conversation with them about how outrageous this was, and give them the opportunity to charge me a fair price, but they just argued with me about it. Will never use this company again. Everything else has been great about them, but they will take all your money for the simplest thing.
Our dishwasher stopped working and flashed an error code. It’s the first time we’ve ever had to get an appliance repaired. Pro Appliance Repair was great to work with. They kept us up to date on when the part would arrive and I appreciated their text updates. We had a great experience all around.
Helpful to fix our leaking fridge/freezer, even sought to help us determine if repairs were covered by recall. Good experience and will use again.
