Definitely the place to buy appliances. Outlet washer is doing well after almost 2 years. Has 1 issue where the washer just wouldn't work right. And the warranty we purchased held true. Took a bit. But it was fixed with zero charge. All the way from purchase to setup, and repair. All the guys were great to deal with. This is the kind of atmosphere and service that don't exist anymore. A++++++
we’ve purchased appliances from here and it holds true to value. the customer service is awesome. zach and Tom are helpful and informative. We did purchase a warranty and Ian come out to help replace a part, he was very respectful and helpful. Great personality. will be back for future appliances and i do recommend this place!!!
No matter the location for Patterson's I go to their employees are very knowledgeable and I do like the products they handle . Also if you're looking for a deal , they do have scratch and dents for a significant amount of the purchase price
