Went to purchase gift cards after cashier rang in purchase I wanted gift receipts the cashier said they do give gift receipts that it had to be rung in separately called manager over he said we don't give gift receipts seems like he just couldn't be bothered left store without gift cards not good customer service to lie to customers

We were looking for ink cartridges for 2 devices. The associate was fabulous in helping us find what we needed. More than that, he ordered them, offered to have them available for pick up or to be shipped to home, said they'd arrive in about 2 days - (they arrived the next day!) and made our process and purchase easy (time to hit that Easy Button) and enjoyable. The quality of staff at the Brockton staff, including the young man who helped us is terrific. Thank you!

Waited in line for an Amazon drop off return for over 40 mins with only 2 people in front of me. Daniel the worker was working extremely slow also kept walking away from the register multiple times and not coming back until 5 mins each time. Poor customer service skills. Everyone is line was visibly frustrated by this

The associates were very friendly and the store as well organized. A better understanding of how the awards program would enhance the shopping experience.
