I had the privilege of meeting Robert this morning at West Hartford Staples. He works in the printing and tech support part of the store. Robert was able to resize and print an important document expeditiously with customer service second to none. Next step will be to get a ticket and have this certificate printed on appropriate paper. It was a challenging endeavor that Robert made look easy. We are grateful for his assistance. Management/ownership please take note of this review to recognize this great employee.
