It's rare to receive Outstanding Service but that is exactly what we received! So glad we called The Appliance Guy as the technicians are very experienced and provided great customer service with a timely repair. Everything was seamlessly handled from the scheduling of the repair to the necessary parts being ordered quickly to complete the job to our satisfaction.

I don't even have enough words to explain how great this service is!!! Mr. Thomas was a hero in uniform! All I did was flip the breaker but he pointed about a possible electrical issue and ALSO helped me gain knowledge of how to use the pool that came along with buying a new house!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

What a great experience! Called them twice so far. (definitely will use them again) great technicians. Thomas was was very professional AND understanding. Diagnosis was spot on! Had to order parts and within days they called to schedule an appointment for installation. Great company!!
