tl;dr : nice people, cool selection, although place has very poor quality control and has a no refund policy that can screw you over. I'll start this off with, I've shopped here for a couple years and i like the store, friendly staff, big selection which is good. Although I will never shop here again. This is the fifth time I've been sold a used game that is NOT functional. The quality control of there products is very poor. They have a huge used inventory although instead of checking products functionality when they come it, they instead decide to sell any product they receive as if it IS functional. I've bought numerous games from here that don't work and instead of receiving a refund for a clearly broken product, they ONLY do store credit and disc resurfacing. Better than nothing although this is an asinine greedy practice. If i'm being sold a broken product why should i be given store credit to take a risk on another product NOT WORKING?? I understand they operate selling used products, but why is it on the consumer to ensure that a disc (which is held behind the counter until you purchase it) is in good working order BEFORE purchase??? It wouldn't be so bad if the people there would at least LOOK at the disc before they sell it, but I've never been warned by the cashier that a disc is scratched or that a game is in poor quality. I am not taking any more risk of losing more money at this place because of poor quality control. I'm leaving this here as a warning for anybody wanting to shop here. be very careful when shopping here, it might be a gamble whether that game or movie is in working order or not.
