Hiring Jeremy is the most beneficial move this company has ever made, he could not have been more helpful to me than he was. He was also very considerate and respectful with me and my questions and concerns in the process. I’ve been shoppin at this business for years for multiple phones and screens and such. I must say since Jeremy started being present when I come in, my whole experience is smoother and more delightful. He Always leave me with my questions answered and a smile on my face.

i cannot say enough good things about jeremy! i’d been dealing with a super frustrating issue on my phone for days, it kept randomly dropping service and showing “no sim” even though the sim was perfectly fine. i went to a couple different places and nobody could figure it out. i finally stopped by cellular world, and jeremy solved it in minutes. he was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful the whole time. he explained everything in a way i could actually understand, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before i left. and i can’t help but add… he’s definitely super attractive too, haha. thank you, jeremy! you saved me! 🙌📱✨
