Action technician David Flynn arrive promptly as set up for a service call. My tankless water heater was not recirculating the water efficiently. When the hot water supply was turned on at a faucet, it took several minutes for hot water to arrive. David working through several diagnostic test, determined my system needed an upgrade to the fresh air intake vent. David got to work and within one hour he completed the task. Brandon did an excellent job of explaining all he does for his inspection. He was prompt, personal and thorough. We are very satisfied with our 2nd inspection for the year. We signed up for another year at the Home Show today.
Brandon Payne came out for our initial visit to asses our HVAC system and talk about Action's maintenance plan. He was a terrific ambassador for Action, loads of experience and extremely polite! Very easy connection and felt very good about beginning our relationship with him and Action. We also thought Dawn (the representative with which spoke on the phone for the appointment) was excellent and polite! Absolutely recommend! The Installation... After 17 years on our old HVAC system it was showing signs of need for replacement. Got (3) quotes and ultimately chose Action Heating and Cooling (Crossville, TN) for a number of reasons to include excellent communication between us and Brandon our project manager multiple times, and the quality of the brand name they recommended (Trane). Price was not the cheapest, but it was their work ethic, rapid personal response, and investment in their quality technicians that made the difference initially, as well as expectations for the future care and maintenance of our system. Zac, Jordan and Austin did not disappoint us! They were exceptionally polite, respectful, skilled and knowledgeable in their craft! The entire process of removal of the old and installation of the new could not have been more smooth and seamless. They spent a great deal of time in the end (when surely tired from a long day), explaining and setting up the new thermostat controls and making sure all systems worked as expected. Those guys gave us great confidence that we made the right choice in Action. It's been a few weeks now and we are most pleased with everything! Highly recommend Action and this team! 5-stars! Jacob and fellow technician did an excellent job cleaning our gas furnace of mold, installing the uv light and cleaning our ductwork. They arrived on time and worked throughout the afternoon, explaining the processes needed for the cleaning. Both young men were very polite, diligent and expertly executed their jobs. We are extremely satisfied with the work being done by Action at our home.
