No need to rant. The rating says it all for the Crossville location. I just need to find a more knowledgeable and more reliable computer repair place since it has been closed for 2 days now.

I was at my wits end trying to figure out the issue with my PC. I dropped of my PC and I was quickly informed about the issue. The problem was quickly fixed and I was on my way. Joseph is a top notch guy with the expertise on fixing PCs. I would highly recommend, if you have an issue with your computer, drop it off with these guys.

Joseph listened to and understood the issues I was having. Potential solutions were discussed. When repair was completed he reviewed the issues addressed and resolved. No pressure, friendly, easy to talk with and a fair price. Couldn't be happier.
