Our clothes dryer wasn’t fully drying. We would have to run it again to fully dry the clothes. Crystal came to our residence, checked the dryer and determined the cause. She acquired the essential parts, installed them and were up and running. We were quite impressed with Crystal, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She said something no other repair person has ever said to us. She said she strives to continue to learn as much as she can about her trade. That’s a sign of a true competent professional, someone who loves their job, willing to learn as much as she can.

My technician, Crystal, was very energetic and knowledgeable about what she was there to do. She didn’t struggle with the repair and had my machine up and running again in no time. I’m asking for her the next time I have something needing repaired!
