I bought a filter . Was checking out a damaged machine . I asked how much and instead of a professional answer of im not able to sale you one due to no license. The sales rep named a ridiculous price for damaged equipment stating its a good machine smerking in a degrading way. I rather not feel that way in the morning and me and many other people have chosen to use online shopping. For price and coveniance.. customer service is aprantly dead here I will not give my little bit of money here. Every sale should count
