Fantastic experience from start to finish. When purchasing our home, Merles had installed the previous Hellenbrand system that operated flawlessly from 2011-2025–that’s why they got a call from me to replace the old system. John stopped by to test our water and confirm that it’s not working, or in our case, hardly working at all. He showed me test result and we went over machine options. Of course, I knew I wanted something very similar to what we had and they had the newer versions available from Hellenbrand. What they sell is not your standard Menards or Home Depot unit. These are commercial grade units that are built to last. Those of you in the south metro area know just how horrible the water hardness is and their units last. Don’t waste your time with something that will break or fully degrade in 3-4 years. Our new water softener with additional filtration was installed 4 days later and we are back up and running. Anthony did a great job removing and replacing the old system in under 2 hours. They even re-piped part of my home that wasn’t on the original softener line. Overall, great service, great install, and pricing was close to what I was expecting. This is 100% one of those “you get what you pay for” situations. Thank you!
