We had an excellent experience with our plumber, Skip, who tackled multiple issues in our home with skill and determination. He works incredibly hard, takes the time to figure out the root of each problem, and doesn’t quit until everything is working perfectly. Northern Plumbing provided a great service, we would highly recommend! They installed our new water heater professionally and efficiently. We had a bit of a hiccup during the process with our home warranty company but the guys at Northern Plumbing handled the situation while simultaneously installing our new water heater and all was sorted out in the end! We will definitely being using them again down the road for any plumbing needs.
Everyone I spoke with at this company were extremely personable and easy to work with. They understood the urgency of my plumbing repair issue and worked with me and my home warranty company to get the problem fixed as quickly, and inexpensively as possible without sacrificing quality. The technicians performing the repairs were extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed of how the repair was going to be completed.
