I had a great experience with Rogue Repair! They were able to help fix our clarinet quickly and made a few further adjustments they had noticed. Sounds great now! I had a chance to speak with Melanie a little while she worked, which was really interesting. It was cool seeing all of the equipment on the shop while I waited also. Really knowledgeable. Good work. Fairly priced. I'll be going back for sure for some maintenance in the future.
I brought my Pearl flute in for maintenance and the turn around time was so quick! The technician who worked on my instrument gave me a solid estimate prior to service and my flute was returned to me in beautiful condition! I am so glad I went with Rogue Repair and would definitely go back!
Melanie does exceptional work and is a truly high-level brass craftsperson. She’s the only person in the Twin Cities I trust with my 35-year-old handmade Lawson. Her work is meticulous, thoughtful, and my horn always comes back playing better. Rogue Repair also services woodwinds and has other excellent repair professionals. Bonus: the shop is in a great downtown North St. Paul location with lots to explore nearby.
Excellent shop! No nonsense, skilled, and fair with pricing! I had no issues getting a quote and a reasonable timeline to have my saxophone tuned and cleaned. Came back shiny and looking like new! Even oiled my ligature screws, which had been giving me grief for months!
Melanie and her crew know their stuff, are very professional, super kind, and do a fantastic repair job! My horn was in rough shape and in need of an emergency repair before a performance.
