Aquarius Water Conditioning

We installed the water softener system in October 2024. We were recommended to get their top-of-the-line system because it is reliable and doesn't require electricity. However, we've been having multiple issues with our system. After four months of use, our water was extremely salty. The technician found a manufacturing defect, where the factory had overtightened the piston. They were able to address the issue. In July, we requested salt delivery, and the technician noticed that the screw for manual regeneration was worn off and came back later to replace it for us. Since then, we noticed that the water was getting harder and not soft anymore. We saw hard water build up in our sinks and bathtub faucet. We are getting really frustrated at this point. The system is less than one year old, and we have issues with our water softener every few months. The system is not reliable and needs to be serviced multiple times.
