Jesse was perfectly clear what my options were, didn't push one option over the other, and allowed me to make my own decision. His costs were very reasonable, and he went above and beyond o on the work. I like that he prioritizes repairs by how crucial they are. He's licensed for heating and air conditioning, so I know who to call the next time I need HVAC help.

I had Certified Appliance come out to take a look at my dryer that wasn’t heating. He was able to fix the issue within a couple of hours. While he was at my home I noticed my water heater was leaking. They were able to replace this as well. I am planning on using them again. I will use them for my future furnace and central air needs.

Just had Jesse out to service our washer. Super prompt, quick service. We gave him a call and he was out same day with no additional fee. Affordable rates compared to others we shopped around with. He was detail oriented, very thorough and clearly cares about both his work and his customers. Will be using him again for any of our needs, and recommending him to others.

Great work done for a half of what I was quoted at one of the bigger companies - fixed up my dryer vent nicely. Jesse is very knowledgeable. Not only would I hire him again but I would recommend him to friends and family!
